As soon as I put it back into bridge mode I have no internet. Every time I do the factory reset everything works fine. I've tried several times now going back and forth. It's been rock-solid from day one, and speed tests always showed right at 10Mbps. One of the first things I did after the tech left from the install was to put the PK5001Z into bridge mode because I have my own router. I got the 10Mbps speed, which is the highest they offer in my area. I have no other choice for internet here. I bought a new house and had CenturyLink DSL installed just a little over 2 months ago.
